Orders

Every jacket is cut to order. An order is confirmed once payment is received and the size and colour are confirmed. We may contact you by email or WhatsApp to confirm details before production starts.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Sale prices apply while stated on the product page. International duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.

Custom and made-to-measure orders

Custom jackets are quoted individually with a production timeline. Because they are made to your specification and measurements, custom and made-to-measure pieces are final sale.

Shipping

We ship worldwide by tracked courier. Ready-made pieces dispatch in 2–4 business days; made-to-order pieces within 7–10 working days. See Shipping & Returns.

Returns

Ready-made items can be returned within 14 days, unworn and with tags intact. Contact us with your order number to start a return.

Product information

Leather is a natural material, so grain, markings and shade can vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photos. Each product page names the material it is made in.
